Beached for lunch

Beached on an island for lunch
About 1 mile upriver from the boat ramp, we found this little island (it's actually more of a gravel bar with plantlife) and decided to stop for lunch. Since the current was increasing and there was nothing to tie up to, we ended up beaching on the upstream point. The current held us in place against the island. The anchor we had out was purely a formality.
